Along side this we can also take on commercial and large industrial radiators. We also offer a collection and delivery service on commercial and Industrial units       (i.e. Gen Set) with a fast turn around time.

We try to be as accurate and detailed as we can with our descriptions and measurements. All radiators come with a one year guarantee against component failure. No warranty will be honored if the component has been subject to engine damage or miss treatment.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

If you are the winning bidder please use the checkout feature on eBay to obtain a total price and select your method of payment. All postage is charged at a flat rate of 8GBP plus the vat at 15% British main land.

Preferred methods of payment:

• PayPal.
• Postal order.
• Personal cheque (please allow at least 5-7 working days to clear).

If you are paying by Postal Order or Personal Cheque, please include all of the following with your payment:

• ITEM NAME
• ITEM NUMBER
• YOUR EBAY USERNAME
• YOUR ADDRESS (or the address you want the item posted to)

Failure to include any of these causes delays because we then have to search for the information on Ebay. This ultimately means that it takes longer for you to receive your item.

We expect contact from all winning bidders within 3 days after the auction ending either by completing 'Checkout' on eBay or by emailing me directly.
If payment is not received from the winning bidder within 7 days after the auction ending we will send a payment reminder. If we do not receive a reply to this within 2 days I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute on eBay.
We reserve the right to relist an item which has not been paid for after 10 working days.
If you are the winning bidder and are unable to make payment within the 7 days then please contact me to make other arrangements and when the item can be payed for. We can also except Credit Cards if you leave us a contact number.
