Completed in August 2006 it sleeps 4-5 adults (1 double bedroom, 1 twin + 1 large singlesofa bed).

The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and comes with a well equipped kitchen (inc. washing machine, oven and hobs, toaster, etc.) and brand new bathroom.

Lift access makes this apartment ideal for families of all ages, and for families with disabled children or the elderly.

The apartment come with use of a large communal pool complete with a separate splash pool for toddlers and ground level disabled changing/toilet facilities.

Off street allocated parking for one vehicle is provided, but on-street parking is plentiful for guests or extra cars.

The nearest local shop is only a 5 minute walk away, and a 15-20 minute walk sees you in the heart of Kato Paphos on Bar Street filled with bars, restaurants, and clubs and only a stones throw from the ever popular harbour area and golden sandy beaches

The apartment is only a 20 minute drive from Paphos Airport and is close to many Golf courses, Water Parks, Go-Karting tracks.
