This luxurious complex of modern self contained apartments are exceptionally spacious and are ideally located for exploring main tourist area of Paphos and enjoying the numerous bars and restaurants. The two double bedroomed apartment is fully equipped withSatellite TV, Radio/CD Player, modern kitchen facilities and spacious open plan living/dining area. To the rear, a large private patio which is a great sun trap during the day and ideal for relaxing and sunbathing in complete privacy. Each bedroom and the living area is equipment with air conditioningfacilities to ensure you are kept cool even at the height of summer.

The bustling nightlife of bar street is a conveniently short four minutes stroll, but as the complex is set in a quiet no-through road,  guests will benefit from its remarkably quiet and secluded position. We have many repeat customers as the location is ideal and much better than most of the other rental properties which are based in the "Universal" area. Do check before booking any other apartment as the universal area can be quite a walk to the tourist area. Please refer to the map below and see the precise location of the apartment.

Kato Paphos is renowned for its seafood culinary experience and the daily catch can be enjoyed at one of the harbourside al fresco restaurants. The sea front and sandy beach, with a blue flag rating, is easily accessed by foot in only seven to ten minutes and offers a variety of water sports including jet ski's and canoes for hire.  Futher along the shore, daily fishing trips and excursions can be booked directly with tour operators at the harbour. Scuba diving is available for divers of all skill levels with PADI instructors on hand for those wishing to learn in the warm Mediterranean Sea.

The popular beach at Coral Bay is only 11kms away and with its calm, crystal clear waters is highly inviting for sea lovers of all ages. If you prefer to remain on dry land then there is plenty of sun loungers. The beach cafe offers essential refreshments, but before taking that walk, ensure you adorn your sandals as the sand gets very hot!

The Location

The charming west coast town of Paphos focuses around an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open air fish restaurants line a quayside of bright fishing boats and pleasure craft. The town of Paphos is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage.

Paphos has an air of holiday charm combined with history, and olden-day elegance is lent to the town by its classical style buildings in the upper part of town which leads to the shopping area. The lower part of the town - known as Kato Paphos has a life of its own albeit so close by, down near the sea -home of the harbour, the fish tavernas, souvenir shops and several beautiful hotels with important archaeological sites around them.

Paphos, which has been, during certain times in antiquity, the capital of Cyprus, has a history which goes back literally thousands of years, and has always attracted visitors from the rest of the island and abroad.

From the modern town centre to the picturesque harbour and, stretching across the coastline, lie innumerable ancient sites which not surprisingly have now been included in UNESCO's list of World Cultural Heritage sites. After all, this is the birthplace and centre of worship of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty and the whole area retains some of this magic.

Arrival and departure time at the apartment is generally flexible,  so please just ask. The apartment is professionally cleaned and fresh bedding and bath towels provided weekly.
