                Returns

                Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Hair scissors can not be replaced once used. If a purchase is returned because the customer has changed their mind and not because of genuine faulty goods we will make a small charge to cover any fees we have incurred during the transaction up to a maximum of £7.00
