This is your chance to put your design ideas on your own Book of Shadows. The ultimate personalized piece, hand crafted by DragonOak exclusively for you!

This price is based on an Book of Shadows of pine wood, app 13" X 10", Portrait or Landscape layout, and similar number and detail of your designs
This price covers designs in the number and size relationship of the book shown. If your design requires more or is more elaborate there may be an additional cost.
Don't think you have artistic ability? That's OK! Send us graphics or links to graphics that can be copied and we will put them on this custom Book of Shadows. We do not charge for the graphics, only for the time and work it takes to modify them to size, and wood-burn them. Add your own words or pick a common phrase.

This is your chance to express your own true self.

Since we will be starting from the build up on this designer Book of Shadows, if you would like a slight size variation we can do it here
(this may result in an added fee).

All designing and sizing requirements would be settled by email prior to placing buy it now order and invoice. (see email below)

Please realize that it may take several weeks to complete this project, depending on a variation of conditions including the amount of time it takes to work out the details, building the Book of Shadows, the number of designs and time it takes to modify your graphics, how many orders DragonOak has on the wood-burn table, etc.

Once an agreement to all the design and size requirements is met, and an invoice is paid, there will be no refunds issued
as this is your custom made Book of Shadows.

Products are handcrafted to order. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be completed.

These notices apply to all our handcrafted products:

*spirit boards require an additional shipping time as themes are burnt on after purchase. Final varnish coats (up to 3) require drying time. They may take up to 21 days to ship.

*custom designs, or special requests may require up to 10 weeks to ship, depending on the degree of work and changes made.

Products are made to look rustic, if you feel there is a defect we would be happy to remake or repair your item. Customer must contact us and notify a request for refund, then ship the item back insured with delivery confirmation to us at customers cost.
Delivery confirmation # must be supplied to us within 24 hours of return shipment.

Notice

Single bids/sale: Payments must be received no later than 7 days from close of auction, if not received ebay will be notified. If payment is still not received within 17 days of close of auction ebay will be notified of the "non-paying bidder" status, bidder’s failure to comply with the contract, and a negative feedback WILL be left.

Multiple bids/sales: We will combine shipping on items purchased in a 7-day period. If payments is not received within 7 days of the last item won, ebay will be notified. If payment is still not received within 17 days of close of last auction won in the 7-day period, ebay will be notified of the "non-paying bidder" status, bidder’s failure to comply with the contract, and a negative feedback WILL be left.

Sorry to get stern folks, but since we started we are having an unusually high amount of non-pay bidders. If you don’t intend to buy the item please don’t bid.

Return policy

Request for return with complaint prior to shipping returned items.  Sometimes instructions can be given to help you fix the item.  Returns are shipped at buyers cost and must include delivery confirmation and insurance.  Please supply delivery confirmation # within 24 hours of returning.  Requests after the 7 day policy will be considered on a per order basis.
     Where refund is offered it is for original product price and does not include original shipping charges.

Shipping cost includes an additional $1 charged for handling. Additional shipping charged on international shipments. Check payments will be held for 10 days before processing. Defective items should be shipped back (at buyers cost), after contacting us. Damaged shipment should be reported to your post office on insured items. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt (at buyers cost) for refund of purchase price.
