Custom Sonic Valves provide a uniquely intelligent solution to protecting you hearing whilst shooting. Because of the sporadic nature of dangerous noise encountered when shooting Sonic Valves protect you only when you need it most, allowing you to hear normally when there is no gun being fired

The passive valves react upon impulse from sound waves and shutdown momentarily when the gun fires but still allow you to hear normally otherwise. They are not electronic and the valve barrels can be removed for easy cleaning of the moulds

Because sonic valves allow you to hear under normal circumstances without any impedance, they are ideal for sportsmen, police firearms officers and army personnel

Custom Sonic Valves use a complete ear mould fitting and are available in a variety of colours, colour combinations and finishes

The only completely reactive hearing protection solution for those with regular exposure to firearms...

How does it work?

1) Order your custom moulded shooting ear-plugs

2) We will then send you a branded MP3 Company Pre-Paid "custom moulded shooting ear-plugs" voucher

3) Then take your pre-paid voucher to your nearest audiologist at a time that is convenient for you. You may need to book an appointment, to find your nearest audiologist and their contact details please see the next section below

4) Your local audiologist will then take impressions of your ears (the cost of taking the impressions is included in the voucher), this process will take approximately 5-10 minutes. The process that is used is very similar to that used when making hearing aids, your audiologist will place a small piece of foam into your ear canal to prevent any excess impression gel going into your ear. They will then inject into the outer part of your ear canal the soft impression gel. Once set, the impression along with the foam will gently be removed

5) Complete the voucher with your personal details.

6) The audiologist will then send your impressions and your pre-paid voucher back to our lab

7) Your custom moulded shooting ear-plugs will then be manufactured and shipped back to you within 14 - 28 days

We accept debit or credit card over the phone direct to our sales office or we can accept postal orders, cheques, bank transfers and paypal.

Shipping

All orders sent, are subject to cleared funds and a 1 day handling time when using paypal. Please note that there will be a delay in shipping of up to 5 days if you are paying via an un-confirmed paypal account or your feedback score is less than 3. We recommend that you call our office to pay by card if you do not have a confirmed paypal address.


All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, except for Bank Holidays. Please note that our Courier and Special Delivery parcels will not be delivered on a Saturday.
