Payment must be received within 4 days after purchasing.
PayPal, Cheques and Postal orders must be received in full and cleared before item is dispatched.

Returned Goods
Returned Goods will be accepted only if they are accompanied by an authorisation number (which you must obtain by emailing me and providing the Goods' date of purchase and invoice number).
MyLittlePastime will not accept responsibility for Goods, which, in its opinion, have been subject of undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application or neglect.
Risk in returned Goods shall not pass until they are received in my premises and you shall be responsible for providing evidence of receipt if requested by me to do so and for all transport and other costs.

Customers may return goods (for any reason) for a full refund of the purchase price up to 7 working days after receipt of the order.
Your product must be complete and in "as new" condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories you received with it. Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned.
When contacting us, please quote your reason for return, order reference number and name.
Please note that all return carriage fees are non refundable as accepted in the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations).
Faulty Goods
Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". Once the damaged goods have been sent back to us and received, we'll issue replacement goods or a full refund as requested.
Liability
MyLittlePastime will warrant that all products stated as being brand new will be free from defects and failure for a period of 30 days from the date of dispatch. Any manufacturer's warranty that differs from the above will take precedence. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain such warranty information at the time of purchase. However, all descriptions of the Goods not expressly warranted by myself are indicative only (they are not part of the Contract) and, in the case of Goods not manufactured by myself, are subject to any current description and guarantee (if any) made available by their manufacturer.
I shall not be liable if the Goods are not suitable for your purposes, nor for any representations whatsoever which are not confirmed in writing.
The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
