I offer those hard-to-find cooking ingredients that you have always wanted to try, but could never find (in small quantities).

Traditionally used to flavour Gin, Juniper adds an excellent flavour to game dishes.

Also compliments pork, rabbit, beef and duck - lightly crush the berries before using.

They really do add a sparkle to any everyday dish, try a few now and taste the difference for yourself.

All of the products that I sell are grade A culinary items and especially suitable for everyday cooking.

I use all of the products in my own daily cooking that I sell and can guarantee their suitability.

all items are POSTAGE FREE within the UK. Anyone outside the UK should email me prior to buying for postal delivery costs to their location.

As the UK Post Office has changed its pricing policy to include size as well as weight I have limited the sizes of each product to fall below the 100 gram limit.

Also, I now send out all products in plastic bags or metal foil so as to fit inside a normal envelope.

This is so as not to incur extra charges, which enables me to offer a FREE POSTAGE service to my customers.

All items are charged at actual postal costs only- I make no profit whatsoever from postal costs.
