Additional information
•    Cover the tank or lower water level (shrimps tends to jump).
•    PH set around (6.5 -7.0).
•    Water temperature 23c -28c. (Do not go over 30c).
•    Make 30% water changes every week.
•    Planted tank are recommend, this can provide hiding places. (Driftwood's & Moss).
•    Do not have fishes that can eat your shrimps.
•    Have a separate Shrimps tank are recommended.

Each package is heavily insulated using high-grade insulated box. Shipping warmer is also included inside the insulated box during cold weather.
All the shrimps will be double check and well pack before postage, this will maintain higher chances of survival rate and ensure it arrive safe and well.

Package will be post via  UK Next Day Special Delivery, a tracking number will send to the buyer, once the items is on it way. package will  be deliver on weekdays only.

DOA
If the shrimps arrive dead on arrival, please notify us by Email and (Must attach a photos of the dead shrimps inside the bag) after 12 hours of receiving the package. we will either refund or redeliver the item (No photos No refund).
