A: The resistance is manual, not magnetic. It works quite well with numbers 1 - 8 varying Low - High. Believe me you dont want to put it on High lols (my aching calfs)

A: We are in Bell Vue Wakefield, which is about half a mile from centre of Wakefield on Doncaster rd out of Wakefield. Real easy to find. Will give postcode and address to successfull bidder
