This vehicle has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard.

Prior to any work being carried out, the chassis was completely stripped, shotblasted, primed and painted.

The following new spares were fitted during rebuilding:

1. Brake parts - Master Cylinder, all wheel cylinders, all brake shoes, all brake lines.
2. Curtis electronic 400amp controller and footswitch.
3. New bearings and brushes fitted to motor.
4. New drivers cab, 18mm plywood floor, and mudwings.
5. New lights, horn, fuseboxes and wiring.
6. 4 new roadsprings fitted.
7. Steering box was refurbished, and all steering balljoints replaced with new.
8. Wheels shotblasted, primed and painted, then fitted with new  185x14 8 ply tyres.
9. New mirrors and seat cushions.

The battery has had little use, and has a capacity of about 378Ah at the 5hr rate

(We are happy to supply and fit a brand new battery at extra cost)

A brand new 50Amp charger is supplied - max AC draw is approx 18Amps
