Crockett Jones "Monkton" Chestnut Monkstrap UK 8 E

These shoes are handmade in England from superior  calf leather by Crockett & Jones of Northampton now in their 4th generation whom have been handcrafting benchmade shoes from their Perry street works since 1879, and to this day remain one of Englands most prestigious shoemakers.

I offer for auction this pair of size UK 8 E  (U.S.  8.5/9---------EU  42) normal width fitting stunning pair of classically styled monkstrap shoes with plain vamp which are from finest hand burnished calf leather they have silver colour buckle, model is  "Monkton", formed on popular slim sleek last 348 and would make a welcome addition to any shoe collection. They feature goodyear welted & stitched leather soles which are stamped "subs" although I can find no significant fault with these fine shoes, and as you would expect at this level of quality they are internally 100% leather lined.

They will come to you with a pair of dustbags, and if purchased from Crockett & Jones in Jermyn street or Burlington Arcade Piccadilly, there would be little change from £275.
