This listing is for a mint condition Zen Vision:M MP3 player. As soon as I purchased the player I installed a skin on the front, covering the black surface on the buttons and screen (you can see the outline of this in the images). Consequently there are no scratches on the front- not even hairline scratches, which you will not find on any other used Zen! As you can see in the picture the skin has started to peel off slightly to the bottom right of the screen. Due to this I will also include another skin from the Best Skins Ever and instructions on how to install it (simply dip the skin in water and place it on the Zen). The rest of the player is in a good condition. There is only a hairline mark slight sign of wear on the back. A small bit of plastic from the headphone jack has also become detached, but this does not affect the headphone jack in any way.

The latest American firmware is also installed on the player, which unlike the EU firmware does not have a volume cape. This means the player goes a lot louder which is handy.

I will also include some firmware mods for the more technologically advanced. Available from online they allow you to customise the font/ themes and splash screen of the player. In no way does it damage the player to install these, but it isnt advised you do it unless you know what you are doing. I have uninstalled all the changes and the player is back to its factory state for this sale.

The images show the white where the skin is beginning to peel off, and are in no way marks on the player. It has been well looked after and works great. I am only selling as I have downgraded to an 8GB iPod Nano as I barely use the full capacity anymore. As you can see by my feedback I am a geniune ebayer!!
