Very typically french shabby chic look

Made in metal with a heavy cast base for extra sturdiness

Painted in cream with a slight patina to give an aged appearance

pretty bow applique and and french style patterned base

The ends of the roll holder unscrew for easy roll replacement

Stands 26 inches high and is 9 inches wide
