You are bidding on a 3 seater cream settee. It is Italian Leather, very soft and very comfy.

The measurements are: Width= 7ft , Depth = 3ft, Seat height =16 inches, Seat Depth =23 inches.

The sofa has a 3in tear on the arm (see photo) - which was done on the door frame as we were moving it - i have been told it can be repaired.  This sounds worse than it looks. Just want to be honest.

The sofa is 5 years old and other than the tear mentioned is in very good condition.

We have a new sofa being delivered this week, so need to sell this one.

I will accept pay pal - or cash on collection.

This item is pick up only - no returns.
