Shipping and Handling
Goods are despatched within 3 working days of order assuming cleared funds have been received. The customer is responsible for all carriage costs for returned goods.  
 
Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price (excluding postage costs) provided that the item is returned within 7 days - unused, in its original condition & in its original packaging.
Please contact us in writing (either by email or letter) to inform us of your decision to return your order prior to sending it to us. This is consistent with the Department of Trade and Industrys distance selling regulations.
 
Transit Damage Returns
Please check all goods thoroughly prior to signing to say that they are in good condition. Do not sign as unchecked.
If the product is damaged, do not sign for & contact us immediately .
 
Warranty Returns
ATHelite Running Supplies are not responsible for labour and or shipping /postal costs incurred on any warranty claims. All goods sold are covered by manufacturers warranty. 
Faulty items should be returned it to us with the original proof of purchase. In some cases these items will need to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. Genuine manufacturers faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding postage costs). If it is found not to be a genuine fault covered by warranty we will have to charge postage to return the item.
