1. PAYMENT
|
The price is in £ sterling and is agreed at the time the contract is made and includes Value Added Tax. We'll take payment in any of the following four ways:

- (We strongly advise that you do not send cash through the post).

2, CONTACT

2a, You will be contacted within 5 working days of your purchase. 2b,
If your sofa needs to be made you will be given a user name and
password so you can track your order throughout the whole process, via
our website. ( Please make sure you add a contact telephone number so contact can be made as email is not 100% reliable ) |

3. DELIVERY
|
We guarantee delivery by courier to anywhere in mainland UK. Once your sofa is ready for delivery we will contact you to find out which weekday you prefer for delivery and book in delivery at this point, the courier will then collect 2 days prior from our warehouse and deliver on the day of your choice, after collection has been made the courier will contact you via text to let you no if your goods are going to arrive in the morning or afternoon, which will give you enough time to nip to the shops to ensure the delivery team have a nice cup of tea upon arrival?
Deliveries are made to the room of your choice and all the packaging is removed but it is your responsibility to ensure that sofa has enough clearance and access is obstruction free. If you want, you can collect your goods yourself (please make sure your van's big enough!) Let us know when you'll be coming and we'll refund any delivery fee you've paid, minus warehousing / packaging costs if applicable. If you wish to collect or the delivery address and billing address are different, to enable us to carry out security checks, you must provide 2 forms of ID one must be either a passport or drivers licence and the second must be a utility bill e.g. Council tax, gas, electric, etc. We can only accept originals (not copies).

4. SIGNING FOR YOUR GOODS
|
IT IS IMPORTANT YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS.
If the goods are cosmetically damaged, do not sign for them this also applies for employees or agents or any third party of the customer. If the goods are cosmetically damaged you must notify tradesuites straight away so we can inform the carriers insurance company that there is a problem and instruct you the best way round this particular situation. If you refuse delivery the goods will be returned to us and we will sort out a replacement as soon as possible.
No claim can be made against Trade Suites if the goods have been signed for and they are cosmetically damaged, so make sure you satisfy yourself before signing.

5. AFTER SALES
|
You can not return your goods to tradesuites without a prior written agreement. You must report any faulty workmanship in writing within 12 calendar months. All faulty workmanship will be repaired providing that you notify us within a reasonable time scale.
Please note that we will charge you reasonable expenses incurred in dealing with unfounded claims made. In all cases remedies offered by us shall not effect your statutory rights or our responsibilities under the Sale Of Goods Act.

6. RETURNS
|
Customers are offered a 7 Day "cooling off" period in which to cancel their order. Customers wishing to take up this option must ensure prior written notice is received at the company address within the "cooling off" period. Please note after the cooling off period there is a 15% cancellation / returns fee upto 7 days after delivery is made. Other than this, you cannot cancel the order unless we are in breach or our obligations to you. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of goods after we
have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or
part of your refund if items are returned damaged Customers must keep a copy of all correspondence sent, including proof of postage.

7. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
|
The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage and WILL NOT PAY FOR:-
a) Fair wear and tear or damage caused by negligence or improper use by the customer or customer's employees, or any third party,
b) damage that occurs as a result of repairs or alterations made without our approval,
c) loss or damage relating to your business.

8. SEVERABILITY
|
Each of these items is severable. This means that if one term is not legally enforceable that will not necessarily mean that the other terms are not enforceable.

9. CORRESPONDENCE
|
Please note all correspondence should be sent by recorded delivery and a copy should be retained by the customer.
