      Accept PayPal, Cheque, and Postal Orders within the UK & Paypal only for Europe & Oversea. Please make your payments within 14 days of the close of auction. Failure to do this will result in the item being re-listed, a non-payment notice filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left. 

      If you win multiple auctions , you will qualify for a combined shipping discount, all additional items receive a reduced P&P rate of 50%

     Postage cost include packing material, ebay charge, labor work rate and other overheads

       All of goods store in non smock house.                      

       Please note some cross stitch is suitable for experienced cross stitches as some charts are in Chinese

      SHIPPING

      Your item will come in either a envelope or well secured packaging.

      The postage cost includes post charge, package material cost labour cost and Ebay cost.

      I will send all your items second class standard parcel post, second class record post  over £12 or airmail if overseas

      I always retain a proof of posting receipt & it will be kept for 7days only.

      Please allow 2-3 working days to arrange your item delivery. I ship generally your item on same day if your payment is made before 14:00 on the working day.

      Terms of sale

    I will accept refunds if you are not happy with the product quality for 7 days after you receive the items.  We will refund the full purchase cost of the item(s) but postage costs will not be refundable and we not responsible for the return shipping costs in this case. 

      If no insurance cover is paid for then we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
