DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS DURING ANY POSTAL STRIKE Normally I would send all of my Parcels by Royal Mail second class packet rate and the normal cost is shown below. During the present industrial action, I am adding the option of having any sheets delivered by Parcel2Go courier service. The offer would be for their 2 to 5 day delivery service to the UK which will cost £3.99. The Courier Company will charge me a £5 collection surcharge but I am prepared to cover the cost of this if I can send a minimum of 3 parcels per collection. If you wish to take advantage of this, just buy the item(s) you require and select the Courier option. If you are buying items from different auctions then please do not make any payments at Checkout stage. I will send an eBay Invoice for the cost of the goods plus Courier option. Once I have 3 or more parcels, I will then arrange for the Courier to come and collect – this may result in an extra day or two delay. In normal circumstances, I send around 4 or 5 parcels per day but this may dwindle during any prolonged dispute. The International Postage option may need to be suspended during any strike action. Feel free to ask any further questions you may have regarding this temporary arrangement. ************************************************************************** Please note that I will be away from the office for some days during the term of this auction and so may not be able to answer any questions as quickly as I would normally. Post & Packing. The Buyer will be asked to pay an additional £2.55 to cover 2nd class posting or £3.99 to cover the optional Courier Delivery as above and Packing costs within the UK only. The item will be despatched in an extra strong, waterproof, Polythene envelope especially suited to fabrics. The cost of this envelope, other packaging etc. has been included in the Post & Packing figure. The envelope will be 100% recyclable. If by any chance you are buying items from any of my other auctions, please await a Combined Invoice before paying, so that I can quote you the best possible combined Post & Packing Fee. Trading Policy If the Buyer is not entirely satisfied with this item, he/she may cancel the order and in this case must advise the Seller in writing (either by letter or email) within 7 days of receipt of the item. If the Contract is correctly cancelled, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid (including the original cost of delivery) in relation to the Contract, even if the item is not defective in any way. The Buyer should return the item, as soon as practicable, having taken all reasonable care with the item whilst in his/her possession. The Buyer will be expected to cover the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulted. Be sure to add me to your favourites list!
