Warranty and Returns

We will repair or replace any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days only. If a replacement item is not available we will offer an equivalent product or refund you in full after the item has been collected and checked.

Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the guarantee.

You may return any unused product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt. You must contact us stating your buyer user id, item number and reason for return.
The product must be unused and packed in all original packaging. All shipping costs are non- refundable.

If the item is found to be used or the packaging is damaged once returned then any refund or exchange will be refused and will only be returned to the customer once all shipping costs are paid.
