Payment must be made within 7 days of winning an item. Shipping

If your item is flat pack, we can normaly do next working day delivery. Please note nothing will be sent until we have recived a contact telephone number and information on the best day to deliver to you.
If your item is built deliverys will take upto 21 days normaly a lot sooner. We deliver these items on our van's to ensure the safe arrivel of your furniture.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Mon-Fri ONLY.
Please note that all delivery prices quoted are for the UK mainland only. All offshore areas, Scotish highlands and Ireland are by negotiation only.
Collections are not permitted.

Unchecked Good's: If you can not open and check the goods while the driver wait's you MUST sign for the delivery as damaged, This will cover you if there is something damaged when opened.
Unwanted Goods:If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us with in 7 days. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging an inspection of the goods will be conducted. If the inspection shows the goods to be in saleable condition, we will issue a full refund of the sale value of the goods, minus a £20 handling charge.Vacuum Packed Mattresses:
Carriage Damage:Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you should sign for the delivery as damged and take the delivery. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
Missing Parts:If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible on 01709 836856 so that we may organise suitable replacements
