Please Note: All delivery breakages must be report to bathroombits4u in writing within 48 hours of delivery. After this period no negotiations will be entered into!

Due to our high speed volume and turnaround of items, different locations of our warehouses and our use of bonded storage we regret we cannot accept any collections of any sort.

Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment for a faster transaction is credit card by telephone. We accept all major credit cards except American express.

We do not charge any extra for payments made through Paypal. For your info, to change totals within the ebay checkout system, please use the -/+ section.

Pay directly using a Credit/Debit card with no additional charges. For security reasons it is recommended to exchange card details by phone. Please email us your telephone numbers and we will call you for your card details.

Pay with a Personal/Bankers cheque. Order will only be processed/dispatched after clearance of funds, which takes a minimum of 10 working days.

Payment must reach us within 3 days. No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. 

 

Terms & Conditions

Please note that buying thorough an Ebay auction you are bound to their terms and conditions. Specifically note that our payment terms are FULL PAYMENT within 3 days of the auction ending, and the goods will be dispatched as per item description. In all cases if the transaction is not completed we charge an admin fee of £19.95 and £4.95 re-stocking fee. This is not negotiable and failure to comply with these T&C's will result in all cases being referred to Ebay to recoup all outstanding costs and possible account suspension!
