The following delivery charges apply:
 England - £125.00 inc Vat (Mainland Only)
 Scotland - £125.00 inc Vat, except AB,IV,KW,PH - £149.99 inc VAT (Mainland Only)
 Wales - £125.00 inc Vat
 France - £250.00 inc Vat
Due to our high speed volume and turnaround of items, different locations of our warehouses and our use of bonded storage we regret we cannot accept any collections of any sort.
Unlike most of our competitors, we use a dedicated courier company (where possible) to ensure the goods reach you in first class condition. They will call first to make an appointment with you. Therefore your goods will not be dispatched until you have provided us with all contact telephone numbers. All deliveries are curbside only and in some instances with larger items AN ABLE BODIED PERSON MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST THE COURIER. TYPICAL ITEMS INCLUDE BATHS, VANITY UNITS AND SHOWERS.
IMPORTANT!
All delivery breakages must be reported within 48 hours. After this period no negotiations will be entered into.
Piece of mind insurance (PMI): This is possibly the best £7.95 you could ever spend! Whilst we offer standard insurance on our goods from time to time accidents can and do happen and we want to ensure you get your replacment parts quickly. If you opt for PMI we will replace the item whatever the cost or damage as quickly as possible. (excluding negligance & out of the 48 checking period). In all cases (depending on stock) we aim to replace parts within 3-7 days. If you choose not to opt for this then the standard insurance claim will be required and can take up to 30 days.
