System Requirements: Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP, 64Mb RAM, soundcard [or onboard sound], CD-ROM drive, 600 MHz processor or better. To use some of the features of this program, you will also need an Internet connection. To read the product documentation to its best effect, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader. This can be obtained for free from www.adobe.com. In order to unzip the product, you may need a copy of WinZip, obtainable for free from www.winzip.com. However, if you are running Windows XP or Vista, you will not need Winzip since these operating systems have a built-in unzipping function.

My Software Products
I source quality software titles and I provide instructions to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Where things need to be explained in more detail, the software comes with a professionally-produced pdf manual. Individual item descriptions will tell you where this is the case. All products require no pass codes or registration, and my products are all fully working, fully functional programs. I do not sell demos, restricted programs or any other time-limited items.
Payment
Payment by Paypal is the only method of payment accepted, in order to provide you with your software as quickly as possible.
Delivery
I send all of my CD-ROMS out within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. With PayPal, this means that I receive cleared payment immediately as my reputation means that my received payments are never subject to PayPal holds.
However it's much faster to get your product by digital download, and products that can be obtained by this delivery method are clearly indicated in their adverts. For digital downloads, within just a few minutes of you making your payment, and usually instantaneously, you will receive an email to the email address that is registered to your Paypal account. This mail will contain a link to download your software to your computer instantly from my servers, at any time of the day or night, and anywhere in the world. If you cannot find the product delivery email, please make sure you have performed a 'send/receive' on your email software and then check your spam or junk mail folders; it could be in there. If you still have not received your mail within ten minutes at most, please email me and I will set up a new link or send it to you directly.

Note that, in the past, some of my products were delivered by digital download, before eBay banned the sale of items using this delivery method. I have not yet deactivated the digital download system for all of my products; therefore if this product DOES arrive by instant digital download, please do not worry, your CD will be posted as normal. In fact, there is a very good chance that this product will arrive instantly as it was one of the main digital downloads in my inventory. You would of course be free to use the downloaded program as usual; the CD will be useful for you as a backup in any case. Any downloaded package would contain the same program and manual as the CD. What I'm saying is DON'T WORRY if your product does arrive by digital download; your CD will still arrive as fast as it should do!
Licence
All of my products fall into one or more of the following licensing categories:
- Products that are listed under the GNU-GPL license
- Products that are fully in the Public Domain
- Items that I have written and designed myself
- Items that are from commercial software developers who give away items for free, hoping that you will buy their other products
In the latter category, I am explicitly licensed to sell this software - the manufacturers want their free products distributed as widely as possible! All my software is therefore 100% legal to buy, own and use, and for me to sell. I neither condone nor support software piracy.
If your products are so good, then why are your prices so low?
Fair question! As stated above, most of my products [except my own creations] are in the Public Domain, and it is perfectly feasible for you to spend hours finding these programs yourself on the Internet for free. I therefore don't see why you should pay over the odds for these products!
If these products are downloadable from the Internet, what am I paying you for?
I have done all the work for you by researching, finding, checking and assembling these products for you, so you are paying me for my time spent in performing this service. There are also my associated costs in selling and delivering these products to you, such as the CD, time taken and maintaining my download servers.
What happens if I have problems with my product?
I pride myself in providing outstanding customer service. Therefore:
- If you have problems downloading your product, contact me and I will arrange for a new link to be sent, or send the product to you directly
- If you have problems in setting up your product, contact me and I will try to help. Many similar products are sold by other sellers with no backup support whatsoever! All of the products come with setting-up instructions, and most of the products come with complete help files built in to the program
