This lamp is 24.5" high. I am unusre of the age of it but the base has a definate art nouveau style. There is no makers name but the initials MJM are on the wick winders. Although untested visually it appears to be in good condition. The glass shade has no chips or cracks. However I will point out that there is a silver band (metal) around the narrowest part. This may be a repair, I have looked and can't be sure. I have not cleaned it but as the pictures show some of it has been cleaned and that does give an idea of what this would look like when polished.
