Payment

Payment is due within FIVE working days of purchase. Postage Costs are clearly detailed on all our listings and include carriage, packaging and transaction fees. Orders for multiple items may be combined but please contact us to confirm we are able to offer discounted postage costs BEFORE purchasing. All prices include VAT. Payment via PayPal is preferred. Customers wishing to pay via credit card can do so via the PayPal payment system. Customers in the UK without a PayPal account can pay for orders of £50 or more via Cheque or UK Postal Order drawn in GB Pounds Sterling made payable to "AudioSpares". Allow a minimum of five working days for processing/clearing. There is no minimum order limit for uncrossed UK Postal Orders. We welcome orders from International customers who are able to pay via PayPal. We regret we are unable to process transfers, Money Orders, checks or currency from outside the UK. Top

Postage

AudioSpares aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving your order and payment. Most orders to addresses within mainland UK are sent using Royal Mail First Class and arrive within two working days. International shipments are sent via Airmail and usually arrive in the destination country within a few days but some delay should be expected for customs clearance and handling by local carriers. Typical delivery times are approximately one week within Europe and two weeks for most other countries. Neither First Class or Airmail are guaranteed services and do not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times. Please allow 14 days from the dispatch date for UK addresses or 28 days for International Airmail. Royal Mail will not investigate claims for missing parcels until this time has elapsed so we are unable to trace orders within this period. Refunds for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit are subject to a successful claim against the carrier and limited to a maximum of £30 per parcel. These limits may not apply if you choose to pay extra for Insurance. Couriers Some insured deliveries and heavier orders (over 2KG) may be sent using a courier service. Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your eBay account and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect to prevent any delay in delivery of your order. Someone will need to be available at the address given to accept and sign for delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver or contact you via telephone they will usually return the parcel to your local depot for collection. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge. Insurance Insured shipments are sent via a guaranteed service providing tracking and insurance for the full value of the goods. These services typically get priority handling by carriers and are often delivered faster than standard mail services. If you would like to take advantage of this service simply add the additional cost for insurance to your order when paying. Returns

In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify AudioSpares via email within FIVE days of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility and suitability of products BEFORE purchasing. Please check the item description, payment details and the Terms & Conditions of the listing thoroughly. Customers are liable for postage costs for returned goods unless found to be faulty or sent in error. AudioSpares liability shall not exceed the replacement value of the item purchased. If you believe your shipment has been lost in the post please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK or 28 days for International shipments before contacting us (see postage above). Refunds for goods lost or damaged in transit are subject to a successful claim against the carrier and are limited to a maxmium of £30 per order, unless the optional Insurance was paid for at the time of purchase.
