All of our pieces are hand painted using high quality paints and canvas'. Many new art companies are using ink jet printers, which although produce accurate renditions, do not compare to pieces that are meticulously hand painted (colours are richer, brush strokes and texture are evident, and most importantly what you will own will clearly be a painting and not a printed picture).

As you may notice our prices are very competitive when compared to large retailers and art galleries, and quality is not compromised. How do we achieve this? eBay facilitates our business operation without incurring the costs of maintaining a retail outlet, and enables us to focus on the elements of our business that matters most - namely, producing high quality paintings for you the customer.

Please make sure you read and accept all the terms before you buy. If you are the buyer, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. You are expected to settle the payment by PayPal within 3 days. Late payment or Non-payment may lead to termination of transaction. Please bear in mind that we make a great effort to perfect our auctions and store items, therefore they are for serious buyers only! Buy with confidence!

We will only send items to a mainland UK address, and as the buyer, you accept responsibility for all items sent by post. As the buyer, you must accept paying in whole the costs of postage and packaging.

Please be aware that the shipping fee reflects the full packaging and handling costs as well as the postage charge. Our prices for shipping are set at competitive rates. (We make no profit on the postage and handling costs).

Paintings described as an ‘Original - PTO’ may take longer to deliver as they are painted to order. In these cases, we may require an additional week at the very most before dispatching the painting.

Payment should be made via the online payment service Paypal (No surcharge for Paypal)

Buyers are expected to follow these simple rules:

1. Send payment within 3 days via online payments..
2. Complete the checkout and leave feedback.
3. DO NOT bid if you're not going to send payment or if you're unsure you want the item.
   (Negative feedback is left for a non-paying bidder and a report is sent to eBay.)
