Safety shoe classified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by European PPE Directive 89/686/EEC and shown to comply with this Directive through EN 345-1. Tested in accordance with EN344-2 and 344-1. Toe protection tested with 200J impact and 15 kN compression force. Heat Reistant outsole tested to 300 C. Electricla resistance between foot and ground of less than 0.1 Mega Ohms. Water Resistant Leather upper.

POSTAGE
We ask you to allow up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday)for despatch of your purchase.

Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have despatched your purchase.

If you need something urgently then send us a message – we will try to help!

We obtain proof of posting for all items despatched with Royal Mail 1^st Class, 2 Class, Standard Parcels and Air Mail. These postal services do not offer a tracking service but give insurance to a value of £32. Once despatched we accept no liability for goods in transit but in the event of loss or damage we will provide the buyer with the Postage Certificate and assist the buyer in any claim made against Royal Mail. The buyer is responsible for submitting any insurance claim.

If the buyer requires a postage service that provides a tracking service or insurance in excess of £32 this will be at an additional cost and the buyer should request this service immediately they make their purchase. Request your required service and we will forward an invoice for the appropriate amount. Generally a tracked service will be invoiced at .85p for UK purchases and £3.50 for Air Mail.

We leave feedback once you have left feedback for us – it may take us up to 5 working days to leave feedback, you do not need to send us a reminder.

If you are not happy with your purchase then let us know straight away because if we have got it wrong we will put it right, do not leave negative feedback until we have had time to put things right!

We do not ship to Un-confirmed addresses as there is no Paypal protection for the seller!

MILITARY SURPLUS GRADING
Military Surplus clothing and accessories sold by Paddlesdown are in used condition unless otherwise stated. The condition of items will be detailed in the individual item listing.
“Grade 1” refers to items displaying some signs of wear but these are minimal, there should be no damage or repairs to the item.
“Grade 2” refers to items displaying extensive signs of wear or fading, there may be some damage but this will be detailed in the listing.

CONTRACT
When making a purchase on eBay you are entering a legal binding contract when placing a bid, so if you have any doubts, do not bid until you are 100% sure that you can complete the transaction. If you win one of our auctions and decide not to complete payment, we will take every legal step necessary to reclaim loss of earnings and ebay commission fees.

RETURNS POLICY - UK SALES ONLY

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT APPLICABLE TO AUCTION STYLE SALES.

If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us in writing, by fax or through the eBay messaging facility within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. The goods should be returned to us immediately and upon their return we will make a refund for the value of goods returned. 

The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the eBay listing. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale and any merchandising must be in tact.
