Our bikes are shipped in a carton via our couriers FedEx who require a signature on delivery. Please write 'unchecked' next to your name on receipt of the bike as the courier does not have time to wait whilst the bike is checked over. Any faults /damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Should no-one be available to take delivery, then FedEx may call to ask if you give permission to leave the bike in a safe place. This is why it is essential for you to include your current contact number with your order details. Alternatively, FedEx may leave a card asking you to call and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Delivery will be up to 3 working days after payment is received and cleared. Express deliveries and Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an extra fee. Should the box be damaged in any way when the courier arrives, please put 'damaged' on the delivery note and refuse the delivery.

Aluminium frames, freestyler BMX frames and forks, suspension frames, suspension forks and all components fitted as standard to the bicycle are similarly guaranteed for 1 year, except - wear and tear of tyres, inner tubes and braking surfaces are exempt from cover. During each of these guarantee periods, all original parts and frames which are classified as defective by an authorised dealer, in either material or workmanship, shall be supplied free of charge. Transport and labour charges in relation to warranty supplied parts are not subject to the terms of this limited guarantee and shall be the responsible of the owner. This limited guarantee applies to the original purchaser, this is not transferable, and applies only to products supplied by the manufacturer and which were not altered in any way from their original specification. The original proof of purchase must be presented prior to obtaining guarantee service. This guarantee does not cover failure experienced during activities including, but not limited to, rentals, hire or leasing of cycles, competitions of any kind or use for stunt riding including "wheelies" and jumping. We will replace any damaged bike. Please contact us on 0845 0945865 within 24hrs of delivery of any damaged bike. We will always try to replace any broken part but will exchange the bike if the parts cannot be replaced.
