The courier company will not honour any insurance claims for goods damaged in transit unless unchecked or damaged is written on the delivery sheet. Delivery rates are for UK mainland.     Once you receive your goods you have 7 days to decide whether you wish to keep them or return them. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged for cost of collection.
