Compur Shutter Factory Repair Manual
New spiral-bound reprint of very hard-to-find factory repair manual for Compur shutters, 1966, with updates to 1973, 224 pages.
Includes specifications, exploded views, other illustrations and specific instructions for repair, adjustment and lubrication of all Compur shutters including Compur, Compur Rapid, Compur Reflex and Synchro Compur shutters (same as the ones used in today's Schneider and Rodenstock lenses, etc.) in all sizes and variations. Covers shutters for cameras as well as those used in large-format lenses. Also covers shutters used in quick mount lenses.
Includes a 20-page table for determining which shutter and variation is used in hundreds of specific cameras and lenses, including cameras and lenses manufactured by Adox, Agfa, Balda, Braun, Diax, Graflex, Hasselblad, Iloca, Eastman Kodak (including Retina models), Linhof, Rollei, Schneider, Sinar, Voigtlander (Bessamatic, Prominent, etc.) and Zeiss.
Most camera repair manuals do not include information about shutters unless the shutters were manufactured by the same company that manufactured the camera, so this information is invaluable in the repair of many different cameras.
