A rare opportunity to acquire the complete set of 1st edition Flashman books including a signed copy of Flashman On The March. All books and dustwrappers in Fine or Mint condition but see below for fuller decription of each.

Flashman - 1969  Herbert Jenkins. The one which launched the bounder on an unsuspecting world. An instant classic. Price clipped dw which (as is normal for this volume) has a faded spine. Minor creasing and chipping to spine edges. The book is in great shape with only the beginnings of foxing to page edges to detract.

Royal Flash - 1970 - Barrie & Jenkins. The dw is unclipped and, as the photo shows, the spine is not suffering from the usual discolouration. There are however 2 small repaired tears; 1 on the front top right (see photo again) and 1 very similar size on the back top left.  The book is Fine.

Flash For Freedom - 1971 -  Barrie & Jenkins. Both book and dw are in Fine condition. Unclipped dw. The only comment to make is that there is a very small, neat previous owners name written above the fep map.

Flashman At The Charge- 1973 -  Barrie & Jenkins. Price clipped dw which has very minor chipping at the corners. The book is very bright externally. Inside the is another owners nam on the title page and what looks like a greasy thumb print affecting the bottom right corner of the first 80 pages.

Flashman in the Great Game- 1975 -  Barrie & Jenkins. Perhaps the star of the set, this is a beautiful copy with both book and dw being extremely bright and clean. The only downsides are that the dw is price clipped and there have previously been 2 stickers of some sort on the inside flaps (1 front, 1 back) which, although no longer present, have left a yellow mark where they once were.

Flashman's Lady- 1977 -  Barrie & Jenkins. Unclipped dw which I would describe as Mint if there wasn't the slightest hint of fading on the spine and the merest creasing on the bottom of the spine. The book spine is again very lightly bumped but otherwise is a lovely clean copy.

Flashman and the Redskins- 1982 -  Collins. Perhaps the least good of the wrappers because the white seems to have become off white with age  - I don't know if this is normal with this volume. Otherwise it is Fine as is the book.

Flashman and the Dragon- 1985 -  Collins Harvill. Fine, price clipped dw. Top and bottom of book spine are bumped. Inside it is very clean and bright.

Flashman and the Mountain of Light- 1990 -  Collins Harvill.  Both book and dw are Mint.

Flashman and the Angel of the Lord- 1994 -  Harvill. Both book and dw are Mint (although the dw is price clipped.

Flashman and the Tiger- 1999 -  Harper Collins.  Both book and dw are Mint.

Flashman On The March- 2005 -  Harper Collins.  Signed by GMF on the title page. Both book and dw are Mint.
