| Answer: Used = General wear and tear, may have very minor dents in casing |

| Answer: Yes - Any additional items will cost half of the standard postage fee payable for your 1st item (Example: UK - £7.50 - Germany - £12.50 - Spain - £17.50) |

Question: What does a tested - Working battery mean? |
| Answer: A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 10 minutes, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this. |

| Question: Why is postage £15 (UK): |
| Answer: Delivery is not just a courier cost, please remember that we also have to package the unit. The delivery of your item is insured because of the nature of the item purchased, and is a Next Day service from the day of dispatch in most cases. However, your postage fees also cover the cost of the box, bubble wrap, and tape that your item comes in. |

| Question: How long do I have to pay for my item I have won? |
| Answer: Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 7 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 7 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit. |

| Question: If my laptop turns faulty and is under warranty, can I get it repaired myself? |
| Answer: If your laptop is under warranty, it has to come back to us to be looked at, repaired/replaced or refunded, if you take it upon yourself to repair it, we will not cover any costs incurred as the warranty is with us. |
