Great Choices is part of a reverse logistics solutions company. We take a number of high street brands and process their day to day returned items.

The items could have been returned for a number of reasons, e.g. unwanted gift, refused delivery, box damage, missing parts, faulty goods, end of line. We then process the items and replace missing parts, carry out repairs or totally recycle the item.

We are an environmentally friendly company and, with the help of the Environment Agency, we follow all the government guidelines to recycle all the items.

Recycling consists of breaking down the items into their raw components - metal, cable, glass, rubber and plastic. We then recycle all the metals, cables, batteries and packaging.

As well as providing the industry a total solution for returns, we are also offering the public a graded product at a fraction of the normal cost after it has passed our rigorous quality checks.

Our company’s processes not only give the high street names a total environmental solution but make great business sense and provide an environmentally friendly approach to a growing problem.

The item is Graded, It that may been returned to a manufacturer for a number of reasons:
Unwanted Gift, Un-delivered Mail Order, Cosmetically Marked, Missing Parts, Minor Faults, Damaged Boxes.
All products are then electrically checked, tested, repaired, missing parts replaced and completed.
These products are sold as guaranteed perfectly working items and may have been used.
