Compact Flash to Female IDE Adapter

Ideal for industrial and diskless PCs, this device allows you to boot from a compact flash card. Plugs directly in to your motherboard 40 pin 3.5" IDE socket - less cables!

With a CF card fitted the total height of the adaptor is 65mm.

  • Fully compatible with Type 1 (3mm) and Type 2 (5mm) CF cards and IBM Microdrive
  • Jumper to select Master / Slave mode
  • Jumper to select 3.3v or 5v operation (not usually required)
  • Card detect, activity and power LEDs
  • IDE 40 way female connection - plugs directly in to motherboard. 2.5" IDE 44 way male and female version available elsewhere in my shop!
  • 3.5" floppy type power connection - cable available here if required
  • Documentation included
  • As this device connects to the IDE bus the CF cards are not hot swappable
