They are manufactured in one of our partner factories which means that we can sell direct to you, reducing costs and allowing us to ensure that every item is quality checked before it is shipped.   We are happy to be able to offer you discounts if you are ordering a large number of items from us. If you are buying just a few items then please request that delivery costs are combined via eBay. If you are thinking about placing a large order with us then please email us at sales@freetimedirect.co.uk. Include each item that you would like and also where you would like it delivered to. We will then reply to you with a quote for the full order plus delivery. If you are happy to order then we can call you to take a card payment or we can invoice you via PayPal.  
     
     
  You are welcome to collect from our storage facility in Bristol. If you would like to collect then please email us after the auction is finished. You must select "collect in person" when processing your payment so that you are not charged the delivery cost. These goods are located at one of our storage facilities in Bristol. Unfortunately this is not a showroom and you will not be able to view before you buy. Payment is required before arrival and collection is by arrangement only. We require at least 24 hours notice so please contact us first.  
     
     
 

Once you have completed payment through eBay or arranged to pay via credit or debit card we can book in the delivery of your item:

For all items under 30 kg we will endeavour to deliver to the UK mainland within 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of payment and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Freetime shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales beyond our control. If no one is available to receive delivery then an “attempted delivery notice” will be left by our courier. Please contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery. If they do not hear anything within their allocated “holding” period then the item will be returned to us. Any redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Freetime Leisure will only used fully insured professional courier companies to deliver your products.

For most items over 30 kg, we will contact you to arrange a specific date for delivery. This helps us ensure that there are very few occasions when extra delivery charges will have to be incurred. Unfortunately if the allocated date is missed by the customer then a redelivery fee will apply. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm and a signature is required. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE PHONE NUMBER AND IDEALLY TWO NUMBERS TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS. PLEASE EMAIL US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH CONTACT NUMBERS. Once these are received we will contact you to arrange for a date for delivery.

Our large item courier is a one man delivery unit equipped with heavy lifting gear such as trolley’s and carts. They will deliver to you doorstep on their own and will be willing to assist you moving your item inside.
