These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from The Babyoutlet Store via our Ebay site and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.
Shipping
All our orders are shipped via courier service only. We are able to offer next working day delivery on most products to a UK mainland address. We can also offer a 2 day delivery service to other locations including: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish highlands and Scottish Islands for an extra charge. Our order cut off time is 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day for delivery the following working day. We are unable to ship to BFPO addresses as we do not use Royal Mail order processing and postage.
Product Guarantees All products purchased from the Babyoutlet Store are covered by a 6 month manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days only. If a replacement item is not available, we will deliver an equivalent product or refund you in full after the item has been collected and checked. If the product displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period, we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. Postage costs are not refundable.
No claim will be entertained in respect of any goods which have been repaired or altered in any way or have been the subject of any accident or damage caused by an innocent, wilful or negligent act or omission of the customer or through use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions by the customer or by circumstances beyond the control of the company or goods which cannot be shown to have been supplied by the company.
All goods sold by the company are warranted free from defect in materials and workmanship. If the company shall receive a written complaint by e-mail from a customer in respect of goods found to be defective in respect of materials or workmanship after 28 days of delivery, the company after it has had a reasonable time to investigate the same and examine the goods in dispute shall be entitled at its option to repair or replace the defective goods either via the manufacturer or from stock. A charge will be levied or passed direct to the customer for any collection or deliveries/swaps made. This will be advised in writing, via e-mail, before any swaps or replacements are authorised. All items have a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty in respect of materials or workmanship unless otherwise stated. Where possible, we will advise the manufacturer directly, on behalf of the customer, to arrange collection and or repair/swap of any faulty items.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Right to cancel You have 7 days from receipt of payment to cancel your order with the Babyoutlet Store. You must contact customer services to authorise this. If your goods have not been despatched then no charges will be applied, however if your order has been despatched then the customer will be responsible for all postage costs (2 way). Damage in transit If your item is damaged in transit please contact The Babyoutlet Store, stating your Ebay item number, buyer user id and details of the product damage. For all items dispatched by courier we must be notified within 24 hours from receipt of item. This is to enable any claim on the couriers insurance. Items reported after this period will not be covered by the couriers insurance and any claims will be at the discretion of the Babyoutlet Store. Any items damaged in transit will be collected and replaced free of charge.
We are unable to refund a purchase that has been damaged in transit unless we are unable to replace the item. If you do not require a replacement product a refund can be issued but the buyer is responsible for all postage costs. When this occurs you will be refunded within 24 hours.
Missed delivery If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the driver. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful the item will be returned to the couriers depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to The Babyoutlet Store. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.
All photographs used in our listings are nearly those of the manufacturer. The representations of colour are approximate due to limitations in the photographic and specification of different output devices.
Wrong delivery address If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, The Babyoutlet Store cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
