Good working order (as seen in pictures) serviced each year. Fitted with new ELECTRONIC TIMER PROGRAMMER CLOCK worth £100 new. I am selling due to a house extension so I need a bigger model. it comes with a terminal for slate roof if required (no flu). buyer must collect. Aprox measurements in mm are 50w x 800h x 300w.
