Returns of Make-up items and Lingerie & Swimwear are not permitted due to hygiene reasons, therefore, if you have any queries about the item you are bidding on please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' service before placing your bid. However, a 7 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing, incorrectly sent or damaged in transit. Where possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a refund will be raised. All returned items must be sent back in the condition they were received. Return postage must be paid for by the buyer until the unused condition if the item has been varified. If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email within 7 days of receipt with your concerns to arrange the item's return. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.
