Here I have for sale whisky jug/decanter, the contents have been removed, the contents were manufactured  by A.Bulloch and co., the front of the jug is marked EST.1856   AGED 12 YEARS  SPECIAL TRADITION   BLENDED SCOTCH WHISKY   OVER 130 YEARS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP

The base of the jug has a stamp which reads in the shape of a thistle with BUCHAN portobello scotland trade mark 1867, believe the jug was manufactured by Buchan potteries who ceased trading in 2000 and have used the name buchan on there stoneware from 1947 onwards.
