Here we have an example of an absolutely stunning dinner  plate from a believed to be Colclough 'ROYALE' pattern.The design is of a white glazed ground embellished with a beautiful stylised imari pallet pattern of scrolls and flowers in shades of iron red, blue/black and gold. The pattern is finished off with a gilt coachline to the scalloped rim. The well of the plate has a large floral design. The diameter of the cake plate is approximately 10.5".  The mark for the pottery is clearly a RED BACKSTAMP. with a BLACK CROWN and the words COLCLOUGH. BONE CHINA.  MADE IN ENGLAND.  In my view these pieces are in excellent used condition. The pattern is both crisp and clear. There are no visible cracks or nibbles. These items are listed as seconds. The only imperfection I can find is a little printed ink spots on the back of the plate. Although not perfect they are still a very usable item. I can provide extra photographs if required. It must be remembered this is listed as a 'used' item and can show signs of usage and cutlery marks. This is a very functional item that any collector would be proud to add to their collection. The weight of this item unpacked is 1185 grams. I will combine items wherever possible and applicable to reduce postage costs. Please note that I do my best to ensure that all of my items are protected to a greater degree than normal because of their fragile state and I will use custom made packaging where essential.
