Very hard to find item. This is an OS plan showing Denby Hall Colliery near Ripley. It shows the layout of the colliery and buiuldings, railways and sidings, the spoil heaps and ajacent opencast workings as well as showing parts of the area around the colliery - Marehay. Also shows Denby pottery and the Concrete component Works. it shows the miners welfare at Marehay. Also shows remains of older collieries and railways around Marehay Hall, Undated but from the 1970's. Printed on film paper and rolled. About A1 size . Very collectable
