I also make the same ones for  children  for dance shows, festivals etc.... Only difference is the childrens come with 2 bands......So one can be used as a scrunchie, as well as a wristband or ankleband

They are meant to be worn over other clothing, there is no layer under the tutu, so be as daring as you please....

If You Buy One Send The Following Info With Your Payment 

 1..   Standard Dress Size, or measure where your tutu will sit......

                Or just ask for One Size (which is for sizes 8-18)......

 2..  Your Colours   (up to 3)

 3.. What Colour Waistband BLACK   WHITE   NEON-YELLOW / GREEN

               NEON-ORANGE   or   STRIPED MULTI COLOURS                   

     If you don't state which colour waist you want, I will use what I think looks the best....
