I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return the item in its 'original condition' within 14 days from delivery date provided that you inform me within 7 days after the day on which you received the product that you intend to return it. I will either replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate.
Please note that due to the nature of the goods for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returned goods that I reasonably believe are not in there 'original condition' as they were posted out to you, i.e. have been tested or used or if they were delivered cellophane wrapped or hygienically sealed that this has not been removed or opened.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive back in perfect condition. |
