GWP AND SAMPLE ITEMS

Some of my items will be marked as Not for Sale or Resale, Not for Individual Sale, for Salon Use Only or Sample shown on them.  Gift With Purchase items are bought for resale when store promotions end.  I do not obtain any of these for free – I have to pay for all my stock.  Full size items are normally new, boxes may be damaged or items come unboxed but actual products are new and perfect.  Unboxed lipsticks are usually full size GWP items.  If any items are used or damaged I will always mention the fact in my listing.

COMBINED POSTAGE

I will always combine postage to save you money BUT you must wait for combined invoice before paying – if you receive an automated winning buyer notification please ignore and await new invoice – I CANNOT discount your postage otherwise and I WILL NOT refund individual payment and then re-invoice as a combined invoice.  Although I have done so in the past – it is too time consuming and I can no longer do so – please do not ask!  Depending on end time of auction combined invoice may not be received until the following morning. I charge combined postage based on actual weight of package plus a small packaging fee.  If overall total value is high then the appropriate "signed for" service will apply.  Value up to £32 – Recorded Delivery – over £32 – Special Delivery.   

PAYMENT

I accept payment by Paypal, Postal Order, Bankers Draft and Personal Cheque (cheques will be cleared through banking channels before dispatch of item. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Payment is by PAYPAL ONLY IN £GBP ONLY and you MUST have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS – I will not ship goods if your address is not confirmed.  This is non-negotiable so please don’t ask.

E-CHEQUES:  e-cheques take 10 or 11 days to clear through Paypal – I do NOT receive the funds instantly and will not dispatch until I receive confirmation from Paypal that your payment has cleared into my account.  If you choose to pay by e-cheque then please bear this in mind and be patient!

SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment and you will be notified when your purchase has been shipped – occasionally unforeseen circumstances can cause postal delays - please be patient. 

PROOF OF POSTING

I always obtain Proof of Posting for all of my items – I am not responsible for items lost by the postal service.  However, I will let you have the proof of posting so you can make a claim.   The exception to this are Recorded, Special Delivery, International Signed For and Airsure items.  I will file the claim for you should you wish me to do so, but you MUST co-operate and complete the form that Royal Mail will send to you.  They will not pay out any compensation for lost or damaged items until the completed form is received.  Please note that the claim procedure can take up to 2 months.
