Some of my items are marked not for individual sale, as they come in sets, I purchase these sets and break them down and sell individually, if you are not happy with this, please do not bid/buy. All my items are new and unused, unless stated!!

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me, I aim to reply to all e-mails within 48hrs, unless I notify on my listings that I am away. If I don't know there is a problem, I cannot help. Negative feedback is taken very seriously, if you leave negative feedback due to you not reading the description correctly, or you have not contacted me first, then I will ask you to withdraw your feedback. By purchasing any of my items you are agreeing to these terms.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction/listing ending, non paying bidders will be reported to e-bay and negative feedback left.
If paying by cheque, please allow clearance of 4 days after receipt of cheque befre item is posted out.

I try to post items daily and all postage costs include packaging of item and not just the cost of stamps!
Postage insurance is offered at an extra cost of 72p, if insurance is not taken and there is a problem with your parcel, the certificate of posting will be passed onto you (as this is always obtained), for you to claim with Royal Mail. I am always happy to assist wherever I can.
