This auction is for a 10 Metre long traverse wall with the following Materials
Installation. The price of £750 includes installation to anywhere on the mainland United Kingdom. Paypal or a cheque is fine, but no need to pay until we have had a chat on the phone and arranged a date for the installation. However full payment is required before work begins. We prefer a cheque or cash a reciept and invoice will be provided. We promise friendly service, and we put in some serious hardwork! Some installations can take two days but we usually get it done in one, there are no mysterious extra charges even if the work over-runs. We have a strict policy that one cup of coffee be provided on the morning of installation! As we don't get chance to stop for dinner. No extras to add For a 2.2M high by 10 Metre wall you pay £750 (including tax) At £75 per linear metre-installed, we are up to 60% cheaper than some of our competitors and we will beat any like for like quote. Most companies have a minimum order of 10 linear metres, but we understand not all schools have an area this large available so we have come up with a solution. The fixed fee is £750.00 for all walls at or below 10 Metres in length (all inclusive, no tax or extras to add) but if you only have space to have a 7M wall we will just increase the volume of holds per linear metre. You are welcome to have X2 walls in different areas perhaps to cater for different age groups- For example two 6M walls in different locations cost the same as one 12M wall in one location. If you want a huge wall -20M+ we can reduce the holds per linear metre to 8 and bring down the cost for you -email us to get a quote. The wall pictured is a 35 Metre wall with 7 holds per linear metre fully installed in Londonderry Northern Ireland for £1325 -some of our competitors would charge £4500+ for the same. We also use the latest climbing holds, featuring polyurethane rubber-backing on each hold. This offers improved surface adhesion and we are one of only a few UK manufacturers with the capability to manufacture these advanced holds. A traverse wall below 2.2M height does not legally require safety padding or ropes. All our traverse wall installations conform and surpass the minimum legal safety requirements, so all quotes assume the height of 2.2M for the highest line of climbing holds. Why are our prices so low? We manufacture all our own climbing holds in the UK in our factory in Nottinghamshire. Therefore because we are making large quantities of climbing holds we can pass this discount on with our traverse wall installations. In effect you would be buying direct from the manufacturer. Often the same people who made the holds will be installing the Traverse wall so you can have peace of mind we have the expertise to install them in the safest and best way to maximise the versatility of the wall. There are lots of resources on the web to pick up tips and techniques. Climbing Holds were initially developed to simply train for outdoor rock climbing, but indoor climbing has since developed into a sport in it's own right. 'Bouldering' is low level climbing without ropes. Recently, climbing centres have emerged which offer this 'ropeless climbing'. There is always plenty of safety padding and holds are kept below 2.2 Metres. A traverse wall is perfect to set-up at home (indoors or out) this is a low-level climbing wall where the aim is to traverse from one side to the other. No safety padding is legally required if the holds are kept below 2.2M- However we can install wet-pour rubber safety surfacing if required. Climbing holds are made in a range of materials, we have opted for resin because of its high-strength and durabilty.
