The Product:

Items are designed by myself in the United Kingdom and then processed by my manufacturing partner in Hong Kong

Very little stock is held in the UK to keep costs down and keep the price competitive

From receipt of payment the item is processed and dispatched within 3 days

Delivery world wide from Hong Kong takes between 7 and 12 days

Some items (netbook cases, coin purse and handbags) can take an extra 5 days due to their intricacy of production and printing

Items often arrive sooner than expected. However, bank holidays and national holidays in Hong Kong and the country of receipt of product can lengthen this process by a few days

Have the item shipped direct to someone else - just let me know at point of purchase - this is great as a surprise gift for someone

Less than 1% of my sales do not reach their destination and are deemed lost in the post. Should this be this case with your sale we will either refund your money in full or commence a re-order at our cost.

Should your item arrive significantly not as described or faulty/damaged we will effect a replacement at our cost and arrange return of the faulty product to our UK base
