Delivery

Free delivery is to England and Wales main land only, for Scotland and islands there will be additional charges, please contact me for the cost prior to purchase

Your item will be despatched via courier, however to try and make your ebay experience as problem free as possible, we do not despatch your order with out speaking to you first to agree the delivery date. Therefore please ensure that you include a telephone number either on your paypal detail or via ebay messages. We can do specific day ordering; unfortunately we cannot at this time offer weekend or after 5pm deliveries. Without prior notice and agreement please allow at least 3 working days for your order to be despatched. For example: item purchased Monday despatched on Wednesday therefore should be delivered on Friday (please remember your item will not be despatched until you have confirmed that you can accept the delivery or you have given a preferred day).

I do not allow collections.

Please not as furniture is heavy your item may need to be delivered in more then 1 box.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment, however I will accept cheques by prior agreement. Please note all items are listed with immediate payment so the item would need to be altered prior to purchase, if item is then not paid for within 3 working days. Then I will have no alternative but to report you to ebay.

Problems

I do not expect any problems, but if for any reason you have any missing parts I will endeavour to obtain the missing part and forward them to you as soon as possible. As the supplier would need to be contacted this may take 5 - 7 days.
