·       We only accept PayPal, so please no cheques, postal orders, bankers’ drafts or credit cards!

·       We dispatch items within two working days of receiving cleared payment, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Please check our P&P section on our Shop’s homepage as we will update this section if we have to change our posting days or routine for any reason.

·       All our items are sent via 1st Class Standard postage (unless stated otherwise).  If your item does not arrive, please contact us for a refund or replacement.  Due to unpredictable postage services (e.g. strikes, etc.), we cannot be held responsible for items late in arriving.

·       We always work out the postage costs using Royal Mail’s letter sizer and online postage calculator.  If these prices are wrong we cannot be held responsible, as once the items are taken to the Post Office we have no control over the postage costs.  If we undercharge you for postage and packing, please be assured that we will not expect you to pay the difference.

·       If you ever have any questions, whether about our items or our services, please do not hesitate to get in touch.  You can do that via eBay’s ‘’Ask Seller a Question’ link which is at the top right-hand side of all our listings.

·       If you are not registered as an eBay.co.uk user, do not have a PayPal account, have had 2 Unpaid Item Strikes in the last 6 months, and/or have a feedback rating of -3 or more, please do not attempt to buy our items, as you will be blocked.

·       We do not post internationally – only to the U.K.

·        All our items come from a clean, smoke-free house.

·        We do our best to provide the best service to our customers, however, if you are not entirely satisfied, please don’t leave negative feedback, contact us via eBay and we will do all in our power to help you.
